7-Minute Eggs

Prepare gelly-yolked eggs for making any dish delish, or to have as a quick protein nugget snack.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil with a folding steaming basket set in the pot for the eggs to rest on (this prevents eggs from bouncing and cracking). Fill with enough water to submerge eggs.
  2. Gently place eggs in the basket, ensure they are fully submerged in the boiling water.
  3. Remove after 7 minutes and place on cutting board to dry and air cool for 20 minutes.
  4. Place in fridge for later use.
