Prepare gelly-yolked eggs for making any dish delish, or to have as a quick protein nugget snack.

- 6 eggs
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil with a folding steaming basket set in the pot for the eggs to rest on (this prevents eggs from bouncing and cracking). Fill with enough water to submerge eggs.
- Gently place eggs in the basket, ensure they are fully submerged in the boiling water.
- Remove after 7 minutes and place on cutting board to dry and air cool for 20 minutes.
- Place in fridge for later use.
